JAPAN: Best Neon in the world

Think outdoor neon light shows, and Las Vegas and New York’s Times Square comes to mind, right? They’re great–but the displays in Japan are even more intense. Tokyo usually gets the nod for best neon, but I beg to differ–Osaka and the Kansai region has it beat.
